Help! NT Server 4 error code.

Does anyone know what error code 1816 refers to?
"Not enough quota is available to process this command"

I have not been able to find anything usefull on Microsoft's knowleadge DB.

It is occuring when my application is copying over a reasonable amount of files into a large folder containing over 70,000 files and over 250GB.
