Help, not recieving mail until SMTP service is restarted...

I can send mail out but I cannot recieve mail unless I restart the SMTP service. once I restart the SMTP service, I recieve mail for approx 4 minutes and then it stops again. I have disabled all mail filters and have the firewall wide open. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

What are the error messages and event IDs from the event logs telling you?

You may be at the capacity of your store...which the logs will tell you.

or you'll find a boatload of 7031 errors. Clear the badmail folder - I FAQ'd that.
