HELP! Not getting correct title and description to display on google 1

I have converted site to XHTML and my problem is Google is displaying incorrect search title and description. Looks like it is displaying server information.???

After I search for "Houston Criminal Defense Lawyer", Search result looks like this:

Index of /. Parent Directory · archive · formmail · image · images · webstat.
Apache/1.3.29 Server at

Port 80.

Instead of intended Title and description. Please HELP> I can't figure it out.

It looks like last time the Google robot visited, your index.htm file was missing for some reason. Your server is configured to serve up a directory listing in these circumstances, like the one at

http://www.johntfloyd.com/images/

. I think it should reinstate the proper text in a day or two.

Incidentally, I noted this in your markup:

Obviously, you can put that CSS rule in your stylesheet instead of inline.
