Hi, I have a MICS 4, w/ T1 card for inbound/outbound on longdistace service, we can make outgoig calls, Ok but on incoming calls, we have 21 (800) coming to it, the T1 channels are config to E&M, winkstar, and we are receiving the DNIS(last for digits of each 800)the target lines 145 up are cofig, ok . the problem is that all this target lines are point to a huntgroup. and when the calls come in
is not ringing on it, we also have an SMDR connected to the PBX, collecting all trafic on lines, and the calls are coming in the PBX but not ringing on the hunt group, the lines are assigned to the huntgroup and all member are not in DND, the calls are not ringing at all, however when u call the number, it does not give you ring back, just dead air and after a time busy. but againg we can see the calls on the SMDR computer, Than you for all
