Help - NFUSE and Excel

We are currently using the citrix thin client solution for distributing our Powerbuilder/Oracle application. We are trying to publish the application on Web using NFuse. Everything works fine except some of the reports that are being generated in Excel takes a very long time. These reports take about a minute to generate in the Citrix thin client platform. The same reports take about 5 to 7 mts in NFuse environment.
Does anyone have faced this ? Any ideas ?
