Help New with Brightstor

We just started using Brightstor ARCServe R11.5. We back everything up to a Local Harddrive and then to an external USB drive. I'm having a bit of trouble setting up the media pools/etc. Ultimately I would like to use the local HD as a staging area and then copy them to the USB drive. I have 8 USB drives in the rotation Mon-Thur 1 of each and then 4 Fridays that get rotated out. We are using full backups for all jobs. The documentation does't quite explain what I am looking for. When I do a pre-flight check on the second day it says that no suitable media is available for the back ups (again I'm just doing a backup to local D and then manually copying over to USB). Any advice on how to properly set this up??? Thanks a lot

Sounds like in your case it might be better to dump rotation and just use a custom job set to do a full each day without using media pool.
