Help. Netsheild, Product packing des. file missing 1

Hello,

our two servers are running netshield and all of our clients use virusscan, ePO is updating all the clients fine, but netshield on both of our server are old and havnt been updating. when i try and AutoUpgrade i get this message

"The product packing description file is missing. Please re-extract the installation files"

i have installed this twice. any ideas? how do i re-install this without touching ePO that is on this server?
