help netmeeting worsk but no connection

Hello,
I Hope someone has a answer on my problem.
We like to use Netmeeting and so I have done the follow.
1 make a gateway
1 make list patern
Then I can make a call from netmeeting to a cisco phone but when you pick up de phone netmeeting stil is making the call like it did not see the phone is pick up.
Same way around Phone to Netmeeting you get the ring signal but noting happens.
I fiddle around but then netmeeting is always busy evennetmeeting is dong nothing.
What do I wrong.

Please give me a hint…
