I know that it is possible to setup a domain using apache to create an address using your domain name.

example:

(have) (want) techsupport.domain.com

How can I do this. I have seen it done before and I have search on the web for information, but I cannot finad anything. Maybe if someone could tell me what that is called I could find more information on how to do it. Ahy help would be greatly apreciated.

Thanks.

You will need to set up name based virtual hosts in httpd.conf if you haven't already done so. There is plenty of help in the FAQ's for this forum on that subject. Then just create a vhost container for each sub-domain. Be sure to use the ServerName directive for each or only the first one defined will get served.
