I have just installed Soft Console and its already proving to be more hassle than the users ;-)
The question I have is....
The operators are on an Avaya 8710 CM3 switch, however there is also a Ericsson MD110 connected through an IP Trunk. When a call is transfered to an Ericsson Ext then if the call is unanswered it does not return to the operator.
Does anyone know what settings i need to change so the Soft Console doesnt let go of the call and it returns as unanswered to the Operator ??
