I have two tables in my data source(current and history) and I import this data source into Framework Manager. But in my package I should show the current query subject only(which is the default one) and I need to implement something which would allow me to use the history query subject as well if the user wants to see the data from history.

Please any one suggest me whether this is doable or not.

Thanks in advance.

If the tables are identically structured (or almost) then I would build a model query subject as a union over both source tables. Add a query item that indicates 'history' vs 'current' to allow the enduser to easily filter data.

You can even enforce the user to choose between the two sets by adding the filter within the query subject..
