Help needed to use SQL server CE on PPC

Hi,
I want to use Microsoft SQL server CE as data store on pocket PC and then synchronize it with databases like MS Access or Paradox on desktop PC.
I am very new to WinCE system. Please some body can help me to look for right way!!
