Help Needed to track down voice segment 1

Help....

How can find which voice segment is wrong from the following:

Invalid voice segment file name (In Broadcast Annoucement. Broadcast not given.Cause:155.Call ID:38414583. File/Func:.\cpexec.cpp/ExecMach::execStmnt()-VoiceSegOp : line 2067)


I've been through all our scripts and checked the announcements that are there, but none are wrong.

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

run the call by call report for the time frame given by the alarm and look for call id 38414583 and follow the path of the call...this should pinpoint which cdn or script.

without call by call turned on, the only other way is to setup a test script and play everyone of your voice segement that you have in your scripts...
