Wondering if anyone can shed light on how to configure an ARS entry or what typically needs to be ticked off in the SIP line tabs to allow us to send our user's DID numbers when making an outbound call. The provider tells me we have control, but I cannot change the fixed BTN number related to the account. With PRI, I have done Nsi entries, ## entries, etc. for passing or sending, but am not having luck with SIP. Do I need to check off certain items in the SIP tab as well as make an entry in the ARS group for the SIP Trunks? If so, could someone give me a couple of examples? Thank you.

How do you have it now? What are your ARS tables set to? Also send a monitor trace so that we can see what the IPO is sending, I have had providers that say they are allowing the CID but was not. The monitor should tell us what the IPO is sending then you can talk to the provider.

You will need to dial out on your SIP trunk with a SIP URI set to 'Use Internal Data' for the contact and Local URI and then set the number to be presented in the user's SIP tab.

Hi Teletech and Davea2, I will try both of your ideas and report back. Thank you!
