Help Needed! Fujitsu F9600 EMML? 1

Hi Everyone!

I am having trouble with my new job MIS! No experian for phone system...!!!Fujitsu F9600 with EMML managerment software.
Could you guy please help me how to set up call forward.. example when some one call in with press 0 for operation, the call will forward to two(2) or three(3) diference station(extention) instead just ring only one(1) station(Extention of Operation)? This help will save me at probartion time in new company....Your help is greatly appreciated!

Sounds like the call goes to voicemail then they press 0 for operations. dis fwd will show the destination of the ext. dis cfac is also used for call fwd all. dis dstno shows destinations. Could be hunting dis sthg show hunt groups.

I mean that I need to add more station to ring when customer call in and press 0 (this only ringing at Operation`s station). Following your command it just display only station of Operation. Could you please show how to add more station can ringing as same time when customer dial 0? Thanks for your reply

I need the scenario.
Customer calls in
Does voicemail answer or what is answering to allow them to press 0.

Operations - Is this phone a digital set.
Is it ringing right to the operations phone or to a different line on the operations phone.

mod mlpfb lets you add lines to a digital phone

Thanks for your new post! I think that is the greating for company directory!!!When the calls in every one will hear this greating such as wellcome to company..if you know your contactor extention you can dial now.... press o for operator, 1 for save, 2 for suport..
The operations`s phone is a digital set
It will ringing right to the operation phone when dial 0.

I need help with a Digit Insertion Command Code. I am trying to Program a pick code for Long Distance into my Fujitsu 9600 but cannot find the command code to do so. Anybody know it? Thanks
