Help needed for report totals (CR9)

Hi there. I have a report in which I need counts of fiscal years at the end of the report.

eg.

ORG_NO ORG_NM FISCAL_YR
100 abc 2002
100 abc 2003
300 efg 2003
400 mno 2003
400 mno 2004

Total ORG_NO's in 2002: 1
Total ORG_NO's in 2003: 3
Total ORG_NO's in 2004: 1

The groups are by ORG_NO, ORG_NM and FISCAL_YR respectively. Please advise. Thanks.

Dear StormTrooper,

You could do two different things:

Insert a crosstab into the report footer: Row = Fiscal Year, Summarized Column = Count of Org No's.

You could then format to remove the lines, and then by customizing the style and formatting the Gridlines make it look the way you want.

Option 2 is that you could do a chart ...

To elaborate on Ro's solution (hello again, Ro, good to see you back and in great form).

To get the display showing Total ORG_NO's in <year>: X, Place the year as the row group, and check the Customize Group Field Name, select Use a Formula or Group Name and place something like:

"Total ORG_NO's in "+totext({table.year,0,"")

I guess I should have specified that this was for using the cross-tab, as it seems the better of the 2 solutions.
