Hi. I've got a technical problem and need your help, please.
We're using Win2000 Server, MS-IIS, VB.NET, APSX, MS SQL Server, and Crystal Reports Enterprise V9 for a web application. We no longer have support for Crystal V9.2.
The reports were produced in .NET slimmed down Crystal Reports generator.
Occasionally, the application will hang for everybody trying to run a static Crystal report on the web server.
Inspection of the server at the time this happens reveals an error message box saying that :LIBCT.DLL is missing:. Click OK to dismiss the message box and the hung applications are released, reports run, and all is fine.
From what I can tell, Crystal Reports native driver for Sybase has dependencies on LIBCT.DLL. I'm not sure why Sybase is even in the picture *unless* at V9, Crystal used some sort of Sybase run-time for its own internal processing of data for reports.
Can any of you good people please shed some light on my predicament?
Thanks,
oasysco/GregD
