Help: Need Calendar on a Form 2

I have a form where data is entered. I have a field where they need to enter a date. I would like to provide a calendar option so they can click on the calendar and pick the date. Is there an easy way to add this option in Access? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
 
The first thought that jumps to my mind is the calendar control... It is an OPTIONAL part of Access setup.

Once installed, you can select it by hitting the More Controls button on the Toolbox toolbar (the little hammer and wrench). Then simply select it. I remember it being a little quirky but nothing I couldn't work around.
