HELP! Need a newbie how-to guide for SMS 2003

I have been scouring the Internet for a 'how-to' guide on installing deploying and using SMS 2003. So far everything I've found just talks about what it can do but there's nothing I found that takes you on a step-by-step basis on how to get it up and running, and configured. HELP!!!

Those all seem to be good for explaining what stuff DOES but I need a newbie step-by-step guide. For example: "To do a collection, do step 1, step 2" something outlined like that....
