Help ! My radeon 9100 is causing my system to freeze!

I have just bought a Sapphire Radeon 9100. But as soon as i got it in it started making trouble. In any games like Counter-Strike and GTA it freezes and reboots at random times during the game (usualy a few secs) I have tried everything including new drivers, reinstalling windows xp ( freesh install, first fdisked the partition and then reinstalled), Changing my options from 4x to 2x to 1x. I have tried everything !!!!
Could anyone help me ?
my specs are

athlon 800mhz
128 sdram
Maxtor 40 gig
Sapphire Radeon 9100 with 128 ddr
windows xp

What error codes/reports are you getting ?
If none and system auto-restarts you can turn this off to get a report

Right click My Computer
Select Properties > Advanced
Startup & Recovery Settings
Untick Auto Restart

Then note error codes

My guess is "Page_fault_in_non_paged_area" !
