Help my keyboard is messed up

My Caps lock button is now making my favorites folder open in Internet Explorer. It just decided to start acting up. Also my right shift key under my enter key now is back or undo. In firefox caps lock works normal but the shift key is still screwed up. What do I do?

Should I just buy a new keyboard?

I think that would solve it, but, it might be wiser to try another one first to rule out any software issues. Is it a USB keyboard?

Has this problem just started? Or has it been doing this for awhile?

I've seen keyboards do strange things as you describe, but a restart of the computer has fixed the problems more often than not..

If not, try a different keyboard. (Is it USB or a PS2?)
