Help: Multiple Netgear ME102 Access Points

How do I configure two Netgear ME102 WAPs on a single network? They share the same virtual MAC addresses, so my Win2K DHCP server attempts to assign the same IP to both. Is this correct? Should this be happenening?

The ESSID is the same for both. When attempting to view the AP configurations via SNMP, only one appears. I assume because of the shared IP.

What should the operation mode for the second access point be? Bridge or AP Client? What MAC address do I specify in each case?
