HELP - MULITPLE ISSUES - QSIG

guys,
i need help.
we have a network of 3 md's connected serially, i.e A is connected to B, and B is conected to C. PSTN is connected to C, and TETRA system is connected to B. recently the tie-line between A & B was changed from DPNSS to QSIG. since then, international calls cannot be made from A, and can be made from B and C. secondly, when calls to TETRA radios are made from A it displays UNKNOWN, if made from B, it displays the number.
i believe there's something wrong with the new QSIG link, but i can't point it out. see below for printouts:
