Help - mod_jk.so: undefined symbol: ap_server_root

Hi Folks,

While starting apache with mod_jk (tomcat connector) I get the following error. Has anyone faced such problem?

/opt/tms/lib/web/modules/mod_jk.so: undefined symbol: ap_server_root

My httpd.conf and mod_jk.conf settings are corect. However, I feel that its not even going to mod_jk.conf. Before that itself its trying to load mod_jk.so using LoadModule directive and its failing.
