help -- missing file

Help

I have a dell and am running xp pro. I have norton 2005 loaded and recently tried to run the live update but can't. I get this message: "The Application has failed to start because ATL71.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem". I have uninstalled and reinstalled norton and it still don't work. How do I get the ATL71.Dll file back?
