Help! Metric Problem

Hello All,

I'm doing a report where i find employee productivity for a given
period. The possible cases are

An employee can visit a new shop for enrollment(initial visit).
Already existing shop given a follow-up call.
Finally he might enroll that shop one day..

This is how it should look ultimately

Now my problem is for a given week there might zero enrollments in
which i wont get any values for 1st column but calls and new shops
wud have been made... because of that it says query returned no data...
when i remove the No Of Enrollments metric i get the output...

Is it possible to make a metric show 0 if it didn't get any values in
my case No of enrollments should say 0 and rest should give the real
value..

Also should i put the date range filter in each metric or confining to
report condition will do fine...

Any help will be appreciated

in the data>>report data options in edit mode of report, change the join type of your metrics to "outer join". now the row will show up if any of the metrics is non-null.

i want rows to show up when a metric value for that is null.

anyway i've tried doing outer join, still the employee's who haven't done a convertion
doesn't show up.... if an employee has done some convertions it shows the details for
that employee only but i want other employees to be listed with convertion displayed
as 0....

if i don't take emp attribute in the report part i get a single row with convertion as 0...
cud u help me fix this one....
