I have to separate Approach Databases that I would like to merge into one. All of the fields are the same in both. But finding out data is getting entered into one and not the other. Can someone help me out here.

If you have two different dbf files, then you have to join them. Than make new form with one dbf as master and the other as slave on a repeating panel.
Use find assistant to make your search with two conditions using the different databases, use or between the conditions.

This what I understand from your question.
If you can supply more info, I may offer other ways to solve your problem.

Unless there are duplicate "key" fields in the two, the simplest way is to open one of them and use File, Import Data to bring the other file's data into the current one.
