I have a option 81c system.Today I have a problem to ask,the manager and his secretary both have M2216 telephone,the manager telephone is A and his sercetary is B.by this way if the manager don't in the office then his sercetary can pick up the telephone.otherwise the secretary can tranfer to manager.

what can I do?thanks

If set A call still ring just add those lines to Set B. If Set A should not ring, assign a BFS key for set A to set B and then show user of set B how to use it. When active calls will go to Set B but can be transfered to set A. When inactive calls ring on Set A only.

that is a perfect fix, a simple solution, have the sec forward her phone to the boss.. another is set forward no answer from b to a...bfs is cleaner and that key is made for that reason.. i have a bfs key on my set for two other sets in the switchroom, i can press that key and forward those sets to my set... clean

Is that set A or Set B. Please print both. To add a BFS key.
