help me with my fax centre 160

I have a fax centre 160, my problem is that it give me problems with printing.

I change the cartridge but the problem persists

What problems do you have with printing? Jamming? Faded prints? Streaks? Cut offs? Skewing/Crooked? Multifeeding? not feeding at all? Wrinkling? Folded corners of paper?

Need a little bit more information.
