I am trying to get figure out crystal reports once again, a bit rusty. Can someone point me in right direction. I need to create this report, and I am stumped. My setup Progression 7.5.102 with pervasive 7 (i know its old but if it aint broke why fix it right?) I cant quite figure which tables to use.. I have tried many

1. Sales History with the fields
Cust name and No.
Ship To all information would like to group by state
Job No.
Sales person
Item No.
Line item sales amount
Total sale amount

Thanks so much in advance!

Ash

I believe you are looking for the

OEHDRHST_SQL
OELINHST_SQL joined on order number order type and invoice number

Ok I added those tables to crystal and tried using fields

OEHDRHST_SQL.Ord_Dt
OEHDRHST_SQL.Ord_No
OEHDRHST_SQL.Entered_Dt
OEHDRHST_SQL.Cus_No
OEHDRHST_SQL.Bill_to_name
OEHDRHST_SQL.Ship_to_name
OELINHIST_SQL.Item_no
OELINHIST_SQL.Item_filler
OELINHIST_SQL.Item_desc_1
OELINHIST_SQL.Unit_price
OELINHIST_SQL.Sls.Amt

Grouping based Ord_dt and the report show me a few entries for my Order Entry but not even close to the daily sales that we enter? What am I doing wrong.

I need to create a report with daily sales then be able to organize by states...

Thanks for previous post, I think I am making some progress

Are you sure you want to use ord_dt as the basis for this report or should byou be looking at Inv_dt.

Also are you links correct?
