Here read this

Configuring the ICP
Programming the 3300 ICP for Mobile Extension
1.
Enable MITAI/TAPI Computer Integration on the License and Options Selection form.
2.
Program a Class of Service (COS) for each of the following:
For these extensions:
Enable the following COS options:
Desktop Monitors

HCI/CTI/TAPI Call Control Allowed

HCI/CTI/TAPI Monitor Allowed

Privacy Released

Public Network Access via DPNSS

Public Network to Public Network Connection Allowed
Outgoing Lines

HCI/CTI/TAPI Call Control Allowed

HCI/CTI/TAPI Monitor Allowed

Public Network Access via DPNSS

Public Network to Public Network Connection Allowed

Suppress Simulated CCM after ISDN Progress

SMDR External (Optional)

SMDR Internal (Optional)
TUI Lines

HCI/CTI/TAPI Call Control Allowed

HCI/CTI/TAPI Monitor Allowed

NOTE: Ensure that the COS of the Desktop Monitor allows Conferencing (this is the default setting).
3.
In the Multiline IP Set Configuration form

Program a dedicated Desktop Monitor for each twinned extension. A Desktop Monitor is a virtual extension (set type: 5220 or 5220 Dual Mode) that monitors the twinned extension for incoming calls. (A virtual or "phantom" extension is one that is programmed in the system but has no physical device associated with it. A virtual extension is programmed by leaving the MAC address field blank.) Assign the Desktop Monitor COS to each Desktop Monitor.

Program a pool of virtual 5220 extensions as Outgoing Lines. The Outgoing Lines dial out to the twin phones and must be on a controller that has access to the PSTN. The number of Outgoing Lines required is typically a third the number of twinned extensions. Assign the Outgoing Line COS to each Outgoing Line.

Program one or more virtual 5220 extensions as TUI Lines. Users call the TUI Lines to enable or disable twinning on their extension or to change personal settings such as password and mobile phone number. Assign the TUI COS to each TUI line.
4.
In the Multiline Set Key Assignment form, program the Desktop Monitor virtual extension with a Key System type line appearance of its main extension. It does not matter which key. In the Ring Type list, select ring.
5.
Assign the TUI Line extensions to a voice-type hunt group in the Hunt Group Assignment form.
6.
In the COS for the desktop extension, set the Call Forward No Answer timer value to 23-25 seconds. The longer-than-usual timer provides the user of a twinned cell phone more time to pick up the call before it is routed to voice mail.
Notes:

Mobile Extension is not supported on loop-start trunks.

Mobile Extension does not support the Multi-call feature.

The Hotel/Motel Suite Services feature is supported by Mobile Extension but requires that the Desktop Monitor be set on an individual Suite DN, not on a Pilot DN. Note: Because the key line appearance of the other suite phones is not in use, the Call Hand-off feature only works when the suite of the Desktop Monitor is dialed.

Calling Line ID is supported on the following trunks only:

PRI

DASS2

DPNSS

For proper CLID operation, calls must be identified as internal or external. For example, a call from a remote ICP that is not part of the User's cluster is classified as External. In this case, Mobile Extension uses the calling line ID received (that is, CPN substitution does not occur). For local calls (calls in the User's cluster), CPN substitution is performed.
