U need to explain more I'm afraid. Tell us exactly what you are are trying to do.
As I mentioned in your other post, you can get AutoCAD to create DWF files of your DWGs that can be displayed in Internet Explorer v5+ as read-only vector graphics that the user can zoom in, zoom out, pan, rotate, print, save (DWG, DWF and BMP formats of the drawing can be saved)
I can provide you with this information if it will be useful to you.
You can see an example of what I mean by going to the CAD site
As for converting your DWGs into DWF files, try the AutoCAD PublishToWeb wizard. If you cant find it then I will ask our CAD technician how he converted them when he gets back from lunch Tony
If I download a plug-in, what do I do with it?? If a user want's to view the CAD file, won't HE have to have the plug-in on his computer as well...? -Or will it work this way that if I put the plug-in on the FTP server, ALL users will be able to use it?
The plugins above need to be installed on the clients computer to allow him to preview the CAD file in his/her browser. If you provide the plugins on your site for downloading or point your visitors to the relevant pages on the Autodesk site then that should be fine.
Many AutoCAD users with AutoCAD 2000 and above should already have the plugin installed as this is done during the AutoCAD installation (I think 2000 is the earliest version with this feature). Tony
