I have Windows 2000 Server, our network is VLAN and we have a fixed I/P address. I want my boss to connect our office server from his office (he is working there). That office has a VLAN. I read one thread and did VPN configuration on the server. My server has 2 NIC's, i have some questions to ask:

1) on the IP tab of Remote Access properties there is one option to select, USE THE FOLLOWING ADAPTER TO OBTAIN DHCP, DNS, AND WINS ADDRESSES FOR DIAL-UP CLIENTS, which adapter i have to select? WAN Adapter or Lan Adapter?

2) Initially, i dont want any encryption, i want the client to use the network without any encryption.

3) On the client side (xp home) what are the settings on the properties of connection i am supposed to do. My boss will be in a different domain (its a different company)

please help
