Current Setup: NT4 w/ Exchange 5.5, POP3 and IMAP "are not" enabled.
My college was just merged with another and we are moving to their Linux Sendmail with POP3 and IMAP active (Can't store messages on server).
My Question:
Is there any way for me to force my mail users to download all of their messages from the Exchange Server's Information Store. I want them now to store their messages locally.
Outlook is the standard for all email clients.
I'd like to do this without my instructors having to do anything. The only way I could think of is to have them archive their messages, but that involves them doing something.
Thanks
