we have 4 p550 and we have one cdrom on one server I want install filesit on all server.
How can i copy AIX cd1 contents on local hard disk ?

Mount the cd drive as an NFS share on the others? This is an oldish how-to, but I don't know if it works:

Since a CD is a slow peripheral, wouldn't it make more sense to copy the CD to a directory on local disk on the server and then mount that directory as an NFS share
