I am pretty much an Access newbie and I was screwing around with the startup options for a simple database, and now when it starts up I have no toolbars and basically nothing but my data entry form.... is there some keyboard shortcut that will allow me to see these things again or get back to the startup properties again???

hold down SHIFT when double-clicking on the database. If you have to "log in" to your database, hold down SHIFT while clicking "OK".
