Some questions need to be answered before it can be set up.
Is this an existing trunk in an existing trunk route?
Is it loop or ground start?
Will it included in LCR or have it's own trunk route access code?
Will it be a direct trunk appearance on a line key of a phone?
How will incoming calls on that trunk be handled?
