help me about font in OWS

Hi everyone!
How to display VietNamese in OWS
I enter fields by VietNamese in Directory manager formatted by TCVN-3 font. But in ?WS not display that font, for example, when a call to OP console, name of calling is error . I setup TCVN-3 font in system font.
That error is dislpayed as image below.
Help me solve this problem?

Fonts are changed in Options --> User Configuration --> Fonts tab.

Both of Shadow267 and 0914339133 are my colleagues!
Before I have ever tried as your help, but Fonts tab only change Font, Font Style, Size on OWS.
I really want to display data like the data I entered in DMG. For example: Vietnamese.
Do you understand my comment?

There is no localisation for Vietnamese in DNA.

For font try Internal Directory Configuration - Options - Fonts
