Help me about call filter in OWS?

Hi everyone!
How to stop(callfilter) some calls in OWS? Can I use options in OWS or I have to program a software to stop one?

internal or external, or both? this is on the switch not DNA, OWS just answers the call presented, it does not do any filtering.

not possible with DNA.

you need an intellignt platform with scripting to filter the calls (Solidus eCare can do this)
