Help! Match Voicemail box to Extension Numbers

I am trying to match extensions to voicemail box numbers. On the Norstar online CallPilot Manager each line is matched up correctly but when I check the physical phone using Feature 985 I get a wrong voicemail box number. I tried to change the mailbox numbers using Feature 983, Log, Mailbox Admin, Change and giving it the correct box number that matches the extension number but it doesn't change. And two phones have the same mailbox number. I would like to keep the extensions as is for the office rather than changing them to whatever the voicemail is. Please advise.

Feature 985 is only meant to give you the main extension number of the call pilot and to reset passwords. If the gui in call pilot shows the extensions matching the mailboxes, then you are good. Use feature*0 to check extension number of set.
