HELP LOST PASSWORD ON 3com 3824

Does anybody happen to know a way of resetting the passwords on a 3com Switch 3824? We set the password and now it doesnt accept it, can't get in with guest account either. Either a way of resetting the switch or a backdoor account would be usefull, i've tried 3comcso, debug etc etc but can't get any to let me in. I'm using Reflections for unix and digital and also tried hyper terminal.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
