Help Log File

Having a bad week.

I have dev databases and one of my developer "accidently" deleted few tables two days back and we dont have a good backup. The ldf file should have all transactions because we havent made a full backup or truncate the log.
Is there any way I can explore the log file and recover the tables and data.
