Help Locating Tutorial

I know this is simple and I have seen it all over the web, of course when I finally need to use it I can not find it. I have 2 listboxes that I want to syncronize. When the user clicks an item from box 1 it populates that value into box 2 and vise versa. Does anyone know where a tutorial is (hopefully I can do this without 10k lines of js!).

The Javascript forum, forum216, has covered it dozens of times. A quick search of that forum (heck, probably just the last 50 posts in the forum, it comes up so frequently) should do the trick.
