Help Locating Tutorial 1

I know this is simple and I have seen it all over the web, of course when I finally need to use it I can not find it. I have 2 listboxes that I want to syncronize. When the user clicks an item from box 1 it populates that value into box 2 and vise versa. Does anyone know where a tutorial is (hopefully I can do this without 10k lines of js!).

Thanks mike, the code is straightforward. Only it does not work with Mozilla browsers! I am not trying to be picky on this and will take what i can get. But i would prefer to program non-browser specific.

Hmm. Didn't look at it too closely, and I'm not too hot on Javascript anyway. In this case I'd tend to go with Dan BillyRayPreachersSon's suggestion.
