help! live problem... all hunt groups are engaged!

Hi All,

I am a newbie to this forum and i am glad i found it after reading some of the stuff on here!

I have a live problem at my current place of work whereby all hunt groups when rung are engaged.

I am using call manager 3.3 (needs updating i know!)

There have been no recent changes that could cause this, and i haven't been using the system for long. Has anyone any ideas why this would be the case?

Any help much appreciated.

If the hunt groups are engaged but the DNA looks ok , I would suggest resetting them. Though CCM states that any changes will automatically reset the Hunt group, list it does not in my opinion

Without sounding a bit dim, how do i check the DNA?

All hunt groups have also been reset, but this has made no difference. We have about 20 hunt groups, all of them are affected.

DNA Dialed Number Analyzer is a tool to check the call routing in CCM,
 
When was the last time the system was rebooted?

Reset the TCD service to see if it makes a difference. Hunt groups are controlled by the TCD service. Any time a change is made, TCD needs to be restarted.
