Hi,

I would really appreciate any help you all could give. Here's my job: I am producing a CD presentation. I have created an menu page (.exe projector file) to start up when the CD is inserted. On that page are links to the media files (.exe projector files).

But when the link is clicked, I get a prompt to save/run. What can I do to make the file run without the warning? I have tried the fscommand (I don't know if I did it right) and geturl. I'm not great at flash, but I'm learning as I go. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Ben

usually one time you have exported a file as exe you don't have to make the other files exe too. exporting as exe means to add the flashplayer to the file. every flash-file can be played in the player you added to the first one.

so... make the starting file an exe and just load the other files into it. there shouldn't occur any problems when you do that. regards

So, once the first exe file is loaded, it will play the swf files? Even if the user doesn't have the flash player? That would certainly make things much simpler. I'll try that. Thanks alot! Ben
