Iam working with a form created by someone else and my Access knowledge is limited. In the form is a button to preview a report. Specifications for this report are found as required in the reports section and data for this report is coming from a table. Now, here's the problem, I had to add a query button to this form so that the user can select which records they wish to appear in the report (This query button was copied from a different form). Anyway, when I hit the query and run it on this form, it works, but when I hit the preview report button, I get a report of all the table records...like it completely ignored the query. So, my question is, how do I make that preview report buttons' actions only use records selected from the query I run....what's the link? It's probably somthing simple, but let me know. Thanks.

Your Report is not using the query.

DougP
dposton@universal1.com

Ask me how Bar-codes can help you be more productive.
