Help!! it doesn't work 1

Greetings Masters of the web.

I am begginer using PHP and the hole week I've been tring to install PHP4 on my Computer (Windows 98, PWS 4). But every time I install it a error ocurr on Kernel32(infonet)
and when I run my script "test.php" like 50 warning comes up telling me that DLLs, that I know are installed, weren't found. I don't what I am doing wrong so

Masters, please!!!!! Help me...

Try downloading the free version of NuSphere from

http://www.nusphere.com

, that has PHP 4, MySQL, Perl and more all in an auto install. Every install i have done so far with it (11 of 'em) has gone without a blitch! 5 of them were even on NT, 2000 and 98 machines

Have a look, but its not a small file unfortuynatly
