Help is updating message.

Hi All,

I recently installed MS .Net and whener I start the Development Environment I automatically get this message "Help is updating to reflect your most recent changes. This may take few minutes", then after few minutes I get that the MS detected an error.

First of all I don't know why I know why I am getting this Help update message.

Please somebody help me with this so that I can focus on my work in ASP peacefully.

What exact program is this in and are you connected to the Internet when it is trying to get the most recent help?

'Help is updating' message.
I am not connected to the Internet when this message appears.
Its when I first start my .Net application from the start menu, I get a window showing all the .Net applications I can choose ...
Then it opens the dev center and starts this message and says that it will take couple of minutes.
