I am running MailEnable standard on a leased Plesk 7.5 for Windows 2003 web edition box. We have a new client that had BlackBerry's and just switched to Iphones. When the Iphones are off (or are on and are not) checking mail, the clients PC based outlook is able to login check and receive their mail. When the Iphones are used to check the mail, almost immediately outlook is unable to connect. Errors generated by Outlook (and my Eudora when I try to trouble shoot) indicate that the connection limit has been reached. I figured out where and how to change the limit (I thought) from 16 to 50 but the problem still occurs. If the Iphones are not used for 15 - 30 minutes Outlook can connect again but as soon as the Iphones are used to check mail again, the problem comes right back. This problem also MAY have occurred with their BlackBerry's. We thought it was the pop3 lock on the server but that was already disabled (at least Plesk says it is). Any clues?
